The apartment building is conveniently located within the Anatolikis Thrakis Park area, a few minutes away from downtown Alexandroupoli. It is comprised of five spacious apartments that take up a whole floor, a pilotis, and a basement.
Space Arrangement
The apartments are divided into two main spaces, and all include a kitchen, a living/ dining room, a bathroom, and a bedroom, all with the same plot and layout. The pilotis houses parking spots for the residents while storage rooms are located in the basements.

Southern Side
The apartments' southern side faces the street and accommodates the kitchen and the living/ dining room, where an aluminum sliding-rising frame, measuring 5,00*2,20 meters, was placed in order to maximize the space's natural lighting, illuminating even the lower floor apartments despite the area being densely built-up.
The tiling was done with A-grade tiles measuring 60*60cm, 60*120cm, as well as 30*90cm. Melamine was used in the construction of the kitchen.
Integration of indoor and outdoor space
The integration of the interior with the exterior of the balcony is also achieved. By combining the white walls of the building with the large dark opening and the glass guardrail with inox banisters, located in the front balcony, we produced a look that contrasted the nearby buildings.

The north side, facing the vacant site of the block, is occupied by the bedroom, where an aluminum hinge frame was placed, measuring, 1,80*2,20 meters.

Common Spaces
The common spaces were also decorated accordingly. White marble was used in the construction of the staircase, while the gold elevator and copper light spots on the ceiling completed a cohesive color palette.
Optimal Energy Efficiency
In order to achieve optimal energy efficiency, the outer walls were coated with 8 and 10 cm of insulation, the pilotis and the terrace with 15cm of insulation, and every frame is equipped with triple glass panes, ensuring thermal shut-off. Every apartment is also equipped with two AC units, a natural gas boiler, and a solar water heater.
