Maximum use of natural light
The office is located in a block of flats built in 1969, in downtown Alexandroupoli. The architectural design's main goal was to "open up" the space, maximize natural lighting and refresh the office's style, changing it into something modern and current.
The old internal dividing masonries were completely demolished, and kitchen space was created by using dry, mortarless construction. Laminated flooring was also installed, while the bathroom walls and floor were coated with a micro cement coating.
Open spaces, contemporary
and modern style
All of the pre-existing frames were replaced with new, plastic ones with double glass panes, the internal walls were spackled and painted white, and a glass guardrail was installed with an aluminum guide rail in the office's balcony.
The furniture and bathroom fixtures were chosen to complement the ambiance of the office, while drywall with concealed lighting and spots was installed on the ceiling to complete the space.
